If by "listen to us when we have a point" you mean Valve employees responding to our complaints of Steam moderators actively violating section 1 of the Nuremberg code with replies stating "I'm sorry you disagree but steam support will be not engaging with you further regarding this matter" then sure, steam support listens when we have a point, I guess? They certainly relegated their response to valve employees in that instance though. Which is an odd thing to do for an employee working in a flat hierarchy workplace whose own employee manual emphasizes the importance of "knowing what to do when no one is there to guide you."
